The principle of using the printer is described in detail in the instructions and should not cause difficulties, but sometimes users experience problems. One of these is the freezing of the program and the status of the print queue. In order to properly restore work, it is necessary to make certain manipulations. First you need to figure out what the print queue is and where it can be viewed on a Windows computer. As the name implies, this option allows you to see a list of documents that were launched and sent for printing, as well as adjust the sequence of printing. In order to find the appropriate menu and make regulation, you must perform the following steps:

1. Connect the computer and printer to the network, make sure that you have the software and drivers when connecting.
